- From a single classroom of 20 students to whole-school events of 2,000+. We staff each engagement to ensure every student gets a quality experience without long waits.
- What are the on-campus logistics and space needs?
- Each station requires approximately 10×10 feet of flat space (indoors or covered outdoor). We handle full setup and breakdown and coordinate directly with your facilities team on access, timing, and vendor requirements.
- Are materials and cleanup included?
- Completely. Every material is included in the proposal — students take home finished items. Our team manages all cleanup so your campus is spotless before the last bell.
- Are you insured and are staff background-checked?
- Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and can provide certificates directly to your business office. All staff are vetted, uniformed, and background-check eligible on request.
- How far in advance should we book camps and events?
- For summer camps, 6–10 weeks in advance. For one-day events and galas, 3–6 weeks is typically sufficient. Reach out early for recurring or multi-day camp programs.
